We encourage you to ask God, “What do you want me to do in this season?” It could look like contacting your legislators, running for office, volunteering, speaking up when it would be easier to stay silent, learning more about the U.S. Constitution, or raising the next generation. Whatever it is, know that it will make a difference.

Oregon Family Council has endorsed candidates dedicated to getting students back in the classroom, better equipping students for the future, preserving parental involvement, and protecting our students from radical curriculum. 

Senate Bill 554, a bill banning concealed carry in the Oregon Capitol and other state buildings, passed in the Senate and is now awaiting passage in the House. A public hearing is scheduled.

Oregon Senate Democrats approved Senate Bill 846. This bill is an attack on the Oregon Tax Kicker law, for it would take $15 million of the money that is supposed to be returned back to taxpayers, and instead, use it to fund various programs.

Senate Bill 223 targets students receiving a religious education at private schools, depriving them from the same privileges as public school students to compete and participate in the same interscholastic activities, thus putting them at a disadvantage when it comes to college applications and scholarships.
