Give to Oregon Family Council PAC

The Oregon Political Tax Credit is a no-cost way to redirect a portion of your state tax dollars in a way that YOU choose. It is a credit, not a deduction. Most Oregonians can give up to $100 for joint filers (or $50 for individual filers) to Oregon Family Council PAC and that same amount will be credited back to you on tax day.

Contributions must be dated no later than December 31, 2024, to receive the credit on your 2024 state tax return.

Please note that current Oregon law allows individuals with an adjusted gross income of less than $75,000 – or joint filers with a combined income of less than $150,000 – to claim the Political Tax Credit. Oregon Family Council PAC gifts are not a charitable deduction for income tax purposes. Consult your tax advisor for more information.

Two ways to contribute

Option 1: Complete the form on this page to make a secure contribution using a debit or credit card.

You will receive two emails: one from Oregon Family Council PAC for your records, followed by a payment confirmation email from PayPal.

Please note that credit card transactions must process before 11:59 PM on December 31st when contributing online.

Option 2: Mail a check payable to “Oregon Family Council PAC” to:

If you mail a check you will receive a receipt by mail for your records.

Please note that if sending your contribution by mail your envelope must be postmarked no later than December 31.
